Rafa leads Kalilu Construction hands-on, down to the last detail, while his wife, Tessa Demidovich, leads Kali-Lu Interiors, the family's interior design studio, as its founder and lead designer. A builder's precision and a designer's eye — under one roof, and the same last name. The company carries the name of their twin daughters, Kalina and Luna — the two profiles in the logo.
